Rates as of November 1, 2022
Monthly - $325 rent + $125 electric deposit
Weekly - $150 rent + $50 electric deposit
Daily - $35 utilities included

Age restriction: 2000 or newer, older models may stay upon visual proof (pictures)
We have dry camping in the back lot for tents, camper vans, popups etc. The fee is $5 daily with a 14 day maximum stay.
